Introducing….Me!

Baby

I am proud to announce the birth of a new blog!

It was a natural childbirth, and I acted as mother and doula, with webmaster Shane as the midwife (he’s going to love that analogy!).

As in any birth, my husband started the process and left the work to me…..

No pain medication, other than the experiences that set the idea in motion, was required.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you Scared to Health.

I had so much to say from the patient/family perspective that I felt the need for another outlet, hence the new blog.

Everyone is linked on that blog, too and I noticed some of you have discovered it already! I’ve had four visitors today and I’m an Insignificant Microbe in the TTLB system!

Please note that Amy’s blog, Diabetes Mine has been moved from the “Patients of the Blogsphere” to a new section “When It Happens to You”.

This was the first web site I visited after hubby was diagnosed with diabetes and Amy was the first person I ran to during those frantic first days. I added the American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association also.

So, check it out and let me know what you think.

If ya like it, I’d love a link!
