Elementary, My Dear Watson: Grand Rounds is in Da House!
There is definitely no mystery here!
Grand Rounds is in da house!
He came, he pitched in and he scored.
“He” being our own Doctor Anonymous, who took over the hosting duties of this week’s new, improved, streamlined Grand Rounds.
The links are prominent.
The Editor’s Picks are classics.
The look is efficient and very professional.
I am proud to announce that Emergiblog was chosen as one of the 27 entries to be highlighted.
But…what do you do when you’ve read all twenty seven selections?
Peruse the links at the bottom and pick out some more!
It’s elementary.
Grand Rounds is back.

Raise the roof! Thanks to you for getting the needed discussion going a couple of weeks ago. Without that, this grand rounds wouldn’t have happened.
Kudos to you as well! Keep on rockin…

gah!! I come down with bronchitis, strep, and an ear infection and look what happens!! I miss some really great posts!! So now here I sit, crying over Katarina and Melissa, and people walking by my office think I’m more than crazy!! (this is The South afterall, and I went and got SHUSHI for lunch and brought it back. They were peeking in all through lunch whispering WHAT is she eating?!?!?! HAHAHAH TOO MUCH FUN!!)
Those were two really great posts, reminding of what we have to be thankful for and to celebrate it! Thanks Kim!!

Kim,
I’m so confused as to “Grand Rounds” vs “Change of Shift” …Can ya claify it for me? I deleted my post since it seemed “offensive” to some. Yes, I’m a bit miffed. I know us ED nurses can be cruel, sarcastic sences of humor, but that’s honestly not how I took this anonymous person’s blog. I thought it was dead on. It’s reality and sometimes the truth hurts.
Please keep in touch! I got “terminated” last week (long story) and would like to know your feedback. I enjoy this blog immensely.
But hey! I aheva new job already! No moss grows under these stone feet, eh?!
Keep in touch!
Amanda

Just wanted to thank you for stopping by my blog from Grand Rounds, and for your very nice comments. It is a real relief to hear from other medical professionals that I did the right thing for my family and by sharing their story with others. Not only that, but to know that one of my blogging role models was reading was a real treat! Hope you stop by often, and have a great Thanksgiving!
