Sumer’s Radiology Site has the latest edition of Radiology Grand Rounds posted.

This edition’s images focus on pediatric aneurysms and include good information on the topic.

If you are interested in pediatrics or work in an ER, this is a good one for you!

Amy Tenderich of Diabetes Mine is spearheading the effort to spread the word about World Diabetes Day, November 14, 2007.

November is actually National Diabetes Month, and you can head over to Amy’s site for information on what is happening to increase the awareness of diabetes.

This issue hits close to my home, and I’m sure there isn’t a single one of us who doesn’t know someone living with diabetes. Help get the word out about this disease.

I am so ashamed.

I totally forgot to link to this week’s Grand Rounds on Tuesday! I humbly apologize to Paul, this week’s host and the owner of Running a Hospital, where the current edition of GR is located!

See what happens when I’m too busy to get to a Starbucks?

Who knew that for-here-extra-hot-Venti-non-fat-one-Equal lattes were memory enhancers?

There is a new blog carnival on the medical horizon!

It’s about emergency medicine and is called the Trauma Center. I received an email from Leigh at Healthline Networks, Inc with the news.

The submissions for the inaugural edition are due Sunday at midnight, Pacific Standard Time and the edition will be posted on November 6th. The link above takes you to the Blog Carnival site for submissions.
